Administrative Coordinator--Great Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and organized **Administrative Coordinator** to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a fast-paced, in-office role for someone who works independently, takes initiative, and enjoys problem-solving.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the primary onsite administrative support for the office
* Prepare client materials, mailings, and office documentation
* Provide administrative support to multiple team members
* Assist with scheduling, meetings, and special projects as needed
* Communicate with vendors and external partners via phone and email
* Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
* Use Microsoft Office and quickly learn new tools and systems
**Qualifications:**
* 2–3+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt quickly
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

2-3 years of administrative experience
College degree preferred.
Able to work in a smaller office setting M-F.
