Job Title: Office Clerk
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Contract Requirements: NDA and onboarding attestation required
About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support daily office operations, HR processes, communication, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Maintain physical and digital office files, records, and documentation.
Communication
Relay important information between staff and management effectively.
HR and Safety Support
Assist in the preparation of orientation materials.
Maintain employee records and support policy compliance.
Event & Project Coordination
Help organize internal events, meetings, and training sessions.
Support team projects by managing timelines, resources, and communication.
Problem-Solving
Troubleshoot and resolve general office issues as they arise.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
1+ years of administrative or office management experience preferred.
Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Personal Attributes
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
Able to work independently and within a team.
Physically capable of tasks requiring movement, including standing, sitting, bending, or light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
Additional Information
This is not a driving role.
No harvest-related tasks or respirator fit testing required.
Safety training is not applicable for this role.
