Position Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain internal reports with a high level of accuracy
• Perform data entry and general clerical duties
• Organize and maintain filing systems
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls (single-line system)
• Assist with miscellaneous office tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and customer service skills
