Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role involves a mix of data entry, phone communication, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records and databases
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Respond to emails and handle basic correspondence
- Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
- Assist with document preparation, reports, and presentations
- Provide general administrative support to team members
- Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering when necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous administrative or office experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Additional Details:
- Temp to hire position
- Full time hours
- Compensation ranges between $20 - $26 depending on experience
