We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to provide part-time support to our Administrative Assistant and Accounting team. This role will focus on high-volume mail handling, clerical support, and basic accounting assistance. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with 2–3 years of prior office support experience, a team player with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude, and the ability to thrive in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Open, sort, and distribute a high volume of incoming mail daily (critical morning task)
• Prepare outgoing mailings to landlords and shops
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and document organization
• Provide support to Accounting, including invoice matching, data entry, and basic clerical assistance
• Assist with maintaining an organized file system, including lifting and moving file boxes (up to 30 lbs)
• Support general administrative needs across multiple departments as required
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of office administrative experience
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
• Physical ability to walk between floors and lift/move file boxes as needed
