Key Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries.
-Prepare, file, and maintain documents both electronically and in hard copy.
-Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
-Assist with data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
-Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
-Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
