A well-established company in Northern Colorado is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced office environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer phones and greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy
-Manage incoming and outgoing emails, mail, and deliveries
-Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
-Support sales and administrative staff with scheduling and documentation
-Order office supplies and keep inventory up to date
-Perform general clerical duties as needed
Ideal Candidate:
-Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
-Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Experience with QuickBooks or other office software is a plus
-Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
