We’re looking for an Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly while contributing to a professional and welcoming environment.
As our Office Assistant, you’ll handle a variety of tasks that are vital to the day-to-day functioning of our firm. From managing office supplies to assisting with client communications, your contributions will help ensure our team delivers exceptional service to our clients.
- Handle general office duties, including answering calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support billing, invoicing, and other administrative processes as needed.
- Order and organize office supplies to keep the workspace efficient and well-stocked.
- Provide additional support to the team as required to ensure smooth operations.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in a CPA firm is a bonus).
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
