About the Opportunity

A busy and growing office in Redmond is seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. The Office Administrator will be the go-to person for administrative support, office coordination, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Important: This is an on-site position in Redmond, WA. Only current Washington State residents will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.

Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to general inquiries in a professional manner.

Provide administrative support such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Assist with meeting and event planning, including room setup, catering, and logistics.

Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Support HR and accounting teams with basic administrative tasks, such as onboarding paperwork or invoice processing.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

Serve as a resource for staff, helping resolve office-related issues quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

2+ years of office administration, front desk, or administrative assistant experience.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Must currently reside in Washington State.
