This Office Administrative Asst For A Plumbing Company Position Features:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to handle a wide range of responsibilities as our Office Administrator assistant. Ideal candidate will need to be proficient with ADP Workforce Now Legacy (WFN) platform (minimum 2 year's experience), and Workers Comp. monthly reports. No exceptions!! Minimum I-year Quickbooks experience too. Must be a team player with an excellent work ethic and can multi-task in a busy office. Must have good skills in both written and verbal communication, excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail. Must be able to refrain from being on cell phone during work hours. Excellent attendance is a must!! Please only apply if you meet the required criteria.
Responsibilities:
Proficient in ADP WFN Legacy and Workers Comp monthly reports Run payroll on a weekly basis
Experience with Quickbooks, invoicing and estimates
Keep and maintain files monthly
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Data entry and word processing skills
Handle phones and emails
Be well organized and detailed
Provide office support and assistance to management where and when needed
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Some accounts payable and receivables
Reconcile monthly bank statement
