Buscamos Operador Mecánico para compañía de Manufactura en Aguadilla.
TAREAS:
- Manejar el bloque integrado de soplado, llenado y taponado aséptico en botellas PET.
- Operar paneles HMI/PLC para controlar parámetros de la línea.
- Ejecutar protocolos de esterilización con peróxido de hidrógeno y luz UV.
- Controlar condiciones de esterilidad, volumen exacto y sellado hermético de envases.
- Realizar cambios de formato de envases.
- Registrar producción, parámetros críticos y controles de esterilidad en sistemas electrónicos y logbooks.
HORARIO:
6:00am – 2:30pm Primer Turno
2:15pm – 10:45pm Segundo Turno
SALARIO: $11.50/HR
REQUISITOS:
- Diploma de escuela superior o equivalente (GED), requerido.
- Cursos Técnicos o Mecánica Industrial
- Experiencia previa en posición similar
- Capacidad de lectura básica e interpretación de instrucciones técnicas.
- Condiciones físicas: permanecer de pie, atención continua a maquinaria automática y uso obligatorio de EPP
- Disponibilidad para ambos turnos.
