Schedule Options: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM or 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
Student Ratio: Only 8 students per instructor

I am partnering with a respected nursing college in the St. Petersburg area to hire an Adjunct Clinical Nursing Instructor for Med-Surg or Pediatrics. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who thrives in a supportive teaching environment and wants to make a meaningful impact through hands-on clinical education.

Position Overview

The Adjunct Clinical Nursing Instructor will lead and supervise a small group of nursing students during clinical rotations, ensuring they develop strong clinical judgment, patient care skills, and professional confidence. With a low 8:1 student-to-instructor ratio, you’ll have the ability to give individualized coaching and foster exceptional learning experiences.
