About the Role
An established and highly respected litigation law firm with a strong focus on healthcare law is seeking an experienced Nurse Paralegal to join its legal team. This role is ideal for a clinically experienced nurse who enjoys detailed review, legal analysis, and working closely with attorneys on complex medical matters.

Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and summarize medical records
Apply clinical knowledge to legal case development
Assist attorneys with healthcare-related litigation matters
Identify medical issues, standards of care, and relevant guidelines
Organize case files and maintain detailed documentation
Collaborate with legal teams while working independently when needed
Required Qualifications
5+ years of in-hospital clinical nursing experience
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Prior paralegal or legal experience is preferred but not required.
