Job Title: Administrative & Philanthropy Coordinator
Location: Fremont
Compensation: $28-$32/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Philanthropy Coordinator to support our Nonprofit Group Executives and community engagement efforts. This role combines administrative excellence with a passion for community impact, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to both internal operations and external philanthropic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, and events for executives
- Process expense reports and check requests
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Philanthropy & Community Engagement
- Serve as liaison with community partners
- Draft donation correspondence and track requests
- Support logistics for community events and functions
- Reporting & Recordkeeping
- Maintain donation and nonprofit engagement databases
- Prepare reports and meeting materials
- Record and distribute meeting minutes
- Cross-Department & Event Coordination
- Collaborate with Marketing for sponsorship visibility
- Support internal and external events
- Attend occasional after-hours events

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- 3+ years of administrative or program coordination experience
- Experience in nonprofit or community relations is a plus
