We are seeking a Night Shift - Warehouse Shipping Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Hialeah, FL. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse and logistics leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and knows how to keep overnight shipping operations accurate, safe, and on schedule.

The Night Shift Shipping Manager will lead the evening warehouse shipping team, coordinate outbound priorities, monitor productivity, and ensure orders are properly selected, staged, loaded, and dispatched. Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all night shift shipping operations to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.
- Oversee outbound staging, verification, loading, and load securement before departure.
- Coordinate daily shipping priorities with routing, transportation, inventory control, and warehouse leadership.
- Monitor workload, productivity, labor efficiency, and staffing assignments throughout the shift.
- Enforce company policies, OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and warehouse operating standards.
- Lead shift meetings, promote safety awareness, resolve operational issues, and identify process improvement opportunities.

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, full time.
- Shift: Approximately 5:30PM - 1:30AM or until all shipping operations are complete.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage overnight warehouse shipping operations in a high-volume distribution environment.
- Lead, coach, and assign work to night shift warehouse shipping team members.
- Coordinate outbound shipping priorities with routing, transportation, inventory control, and warehouse management.
- Drive improvements in shipping accuracy, productivity, workflow, safety, and labor efficiency.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution leadership experience.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems, WMS, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of warehouse shipping processes, inventory control principles, and operational best practices.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
- Strong leadership, team development, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and safety.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Ability to work evening to morning hours until all shipping operations are complete.
