Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Porter for a part-time, on-site opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent evening work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized professional office environment, and understands the importance of creating a welcoming space for employees, visitors, and meetings.

As a Night Porter, you will help ensure conference rooms, common areas, supply stations, and shared workspaces are reset and ready for the next business day. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends, a professional office setting, clear daily expectations, and the opportunity to contribute to a smooth and organized workplace. The environment is well-suited for someone who values stability, attention to detail, supportive communication, and low-stress independent work.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect, clean, and reset conference rooms to company standards after meetings and events.
- Wipe down whiteboards, push in chairs, organize charging stations, and ensure meeting spaces are neat and ready for the next day.
- Restock conference rooms, coffee stations, beverage areas, and other designated supply locations as assigned.
- Complete daily facility walk-throughs using a checklist to verify areas are clean, organized, and functioning properly.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, supply shortages, or facility needs to management.
- Assist with light porter duties and general upkeep of common areas while following safety and security procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $18.38 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Employment type: Contract/Temporary, Part-Time.
- Work location: On-site in Bellevue, WA.
- No weekends required.
- Professional office environment with independent evening work.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Reset and maintain conference rooms, meeting spaces, and shared office areas each evening.
- Restock supplies and keep designated coffee, beverage, and common areas organized.
- Complete facility inspections and report maintenance, safety, or supply concerns.
- Support a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment for the next business day.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred for this administrative, facilities, porter, janitorial, hospitality, or office support role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and ability to follow written instructions and checklists.
- Customer service mindset and professional approach to workplace support.
- Ability to walk throughout the facility during the shift.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, move chairs or light office equipment, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior porter, janitorial, facilities, office support, or hospitality experience.
- Experience working in a corporate office, conference center, business services environment, or professional workplace setting.
- Familiarity with daily checklists, supply restocking, light facility upkeep, and meeting room preparation.
