We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused New Accounts/CSR to join our branch banking team. This position is responsible for opening and maintaining consumer and basic business accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the Bank’s growth through effective cross-selling of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and process new consumer and basic business accounts in compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements
Assist clients in selecting appropriate account types and financial services based on their needs
Maintain and close various account types, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Promote the Bank’s products and services through proactive cross-selling and referrals
Perform general clerical duties to support branch operations
Foster strong client relationships and refer clients to internal partners for specialized services
Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal and state banking regulations, including BSA and Information Security policies

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of banking teller experience
Proven experience in opening consumer and basic business accounts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Working knowledge of banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Information Security
Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and accept responsibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking software systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced branch environment

Additional Information:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
Must be able to work flexible hours as needed to support branch operations
