Growing Financial Institution Seeks A New Accounts Representative

About the Role:
As a New Accounts Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and prospective customers. You’ll play a key role in opening new accounts, explaining banking products and services, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
-Educate customers on account features, digital banking tools, and financial products
-Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
-Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
-Collaborate with branch staff to meet sales and service goals
What We’re Looking For:
-High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
-1+ year of customer service, banking, or sales experience
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
-Proficiency with computers and banking software
