What You’ll Do:
Open and maintain consumer and business accounts (scope depends on level)
Recommend and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs
Provide exceptional client service in-person and over the phone
Process teller transactions and support branch operations
Travel to support multiple branch locations
Ensure compliance with all regulations and procedures
Who You Are:
CSR II
1+ year of teller experience
Beginner experience with new consumer accounts
Basic knowledge of business accounts preferred
CSR III
2+ years of teller experience
Skilled in opening consumer and basic business accounts
Senior CSR III
3+ years of teller experience
Advanced experience opening consumer and complex business accounts
Prior supervisory experience preferred
