Seeking a customer-focused New Accounts Banker to assist clients with opening and maintaining consumer and basic business accounts, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring exceptional service. This role also involves cross-selling bank products, handling account inquiries, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Open and manage consumer and business accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trust & Estate Accounts).
• Assess client needs, recommend appropriate products, and cross-sell banking services.
• Process teller transactions as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle client inquiries, account maintenance, and documentation.
• Generate new business opportunities to support branch goals.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of banking and teller experience.
• Experience opening consumer and business accounts.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking software.
