Seeking a hands-on Network Administrator to install, maintain, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on network performance, troubleshooting, and user support.
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network switching, routing, and wireless equipment
• Support WAN connections, VoIP systems, and network cabling
• Maintain network documentation and configurations
• Provide technical support and guidance to users
• Recommend and implement network improvements
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience supporting LAN/WAN environments (routers, switches, cabling)
• Experience with HP network switches
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and network troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Cisco IOS; VoIP support experience a plus
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Experience with Windows Server, Exchange, Citrix, firewalls, VPNs, and security tools
