About the Role
AppleOne is currently recruiting for a NetSuite Administrator with strong ERP systems expertise to manage, optimize, and enhance our NetSuite environment across two growing food manufacturing organizations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone skilled in SuiteScript, workflows, integrations, and data management who thrives in a fast-paced operational setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP system, including user roles, permissions, and access controls
• Design and maintain custom workflows (SuiteFlow), scripts (SuiteScript), and saved searches
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics (SuiteAnalytics) to support business decisions
• Manage system updates, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
• Implement and support NetSuite modules, integrations, and APIs
• Ensure data integrity, data imports/exports, and system audits
• Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams on system architecture and deployment processes
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and system enhancements
• Support data migration projects during upgrades or organizational changes
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing system support
• Monitor system performance, security, and compliance standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align NetSuite solutions with business needs

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of NetSuite Administration experience
• Strong experience with:
o SuiteScript
o SuiteFlow
o SuiteAnalytics
o ERP systems & business processes
• Proven ability in customization, reporting, and data management
• Experience working in manufacturing or food processing environments (preferred)
• Knowledge of API integrations, system architecture, and database concepts (NoSQL a plus)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Experience with RAID systems, system monitoring, or infrastructure optimization
• Background in DevOps collaboration or deployment workflows
• Familiarity with NetSuite data migrations and integrations

• Occasional exposure to plant conditions (noise, temperature variations)
