**Job Title:** National Retail & Channel Development Manager
**Location:** Hybrid (Charlotte, NC HQ + Domestic Travel)

Base: $70K–$90K
Bonus/Variable: $10K–$20K
A 4 year old Biotech Start up that manufacturers seed-to-sale botanical company specializing in premium hemp extract and scientifically formulated wellness & cosmetic goods.
The Role
We are hiring a **National Retail & Channel Development Manager** to:
* Secure **100 retail store placements within 24 months**
* Help drive **$30,000/month in recurring digital revenue**
* Execute trade shows, pop-ups, and field marketing initiatives
* Build and manage a high-performing retail pipeline in HubSpot
* Oversee direct mail and outbound lead generation efforts
You will work cross-functionally with the CRO, CMO, marketing team, and lead generation support to build a scalable revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
* Own domestic wholesale and retail sales strategy
* Close retailers ordering 500+ units per order
* Execute 5 trade shows and 5 pop-ups annually (including events like **Cosmoprof North America** and **Natural Products Expo West**)
* Oversee targeted postcard campaigns and appointment-setting efforts
* Track KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rate, and pipeline growth
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years in wholesale, retail, or field sales
* Experience in wellness, beauty, botanicals, or CPG preferred
* Proven success closing high-volume retail accounts
* Strong CRM and performance-tracking experience
* Comfortable working directly with executive leadership

Reorder velocity
Digital revenue growth
Event ROI metrics
