National Account Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a high-impact National Account Manager to manage and expand strategic partner relationships across the country. This is a revenue-driving, channel-building role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong ability to grow relationships and drive sales through channel partners. The National Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of VAR, MSP, and distributor partners, drive year-over-year revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and serve as a key connection between partners and internal marketing, product, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Management & Growth Manage a national portfolio of VAR, MSP, and distributor partners. Drive revenue growth and expand business within existing accounts. Identify new business opportunities and recruit new channel partners. Develop territory strategies and growth plans. Channel Relationship Development Build strong relationships with partner principals, sales representatives, and technical teams. Serve as a trusted resource for partners and support their business growth. Lead onboarding and training for new partners. Provide partners with access to tools, resources, and programs to accelerate revenue growth. Partner Enablement Drive adoption and utilization of Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms. Support partners with deal registration, MDF, training, and sales enablement tools. Provide competitive positioning and sales resources to help partners win business. Pipeline & Forecasting Maintain an accurate sales pipeline within the CRM system. Provide reliable weekly and monthly sales forecasts. Analyze pipeline activity, MDF utilization, and ROI to identify growth opportunities and potential risks. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with internal marketing, product, and engineering teams to support channel partners. Communicate partner and customer feedback to internal teams. Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
MUST HAVES
Electrical devices experience is required. 5+ years of experience in channel sales, VAR/MSP management, partner management, or national account management. Experience managing and growing relationships with VARs, MSPs, distributors, or other channel partners. Proven track record of driving partner revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong understanding of two-tier distribution models and channel sales. Experience building, growing, or expanding channel programs and partner relationships. Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience is highly preferred. Experience with PRM tools and partner enablement programs. Strong communication skills and executive-level relationship-building abilities. Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20–30%.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in network infrastructure, power management, or related technology. Experience with structured partner tiering programs. Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing pipeline reports, MDF tracking, and ROI.
