Job Summary Required Qualifications and Skills
We are hiring Drivers for a contract/temporary opportunity supporting logistics and transportation operations in San Bernardino, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver equipment, supplies, and election-related materials to various locations throughout San Bernardino County.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently as directed.
- Complete required paperwork related to deliveries, materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Communicate regularly with the dispatch team regarding delivery status, route updates, and completion details.
- Support warehouse operations by assisting with moving, organizing, and preparing materials as needed.
- Follow safety standards when lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and handling materials.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $21.21 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: San Bernardino, CA.
- Deliver equipment and supplies across San Bernardino County.
- Load, unload, and safely handle materials in accordance with warehouse safety standards.
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicate delivery status and updates with dispatch personnel.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant driving, delivery, logistics, transportation, or related experience.
- Valid Class C driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Geographic familiarity with San Bernardino County.
- Ability to pull, lift, push, and bend safely as required for warehouse and delivery work.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions, complete paperwork, and communicate professionally with team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting government, public sector, election, warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations.
- Experience working with dispatch teams and completing route-based deliveries.
- Familiarity with safe material handling practices in a warehouse or transportation environment.
