Key Responsibilities

- Support music licensing requests by gathering information, tracking details, and helping move requests through the appropriate process.
- Research music rights, licensing details, account information, and related documentation as needed.
- Communicate professionally with clients, internal teams, rights holders, and other business contacts.
- Maintain accurate records, licensing files, correspondence, and status updates in internal systems.
- Assist with preparing licensing documentation, reports, follow-ups, and administrative support.
- Help ensure licensing activity is completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with business requirements.

- Salary range: $45,000 to $50,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support music licensing requests and related business documentation.
- Conduct research related to rights, licensing details, and client or account information.
- Maintain accurate records, status updates, and licensing files.
- Communicate with internal teams and external contacts throughout the licensing process.

- 1-2 years of professional experience in licensing, business administration, research, customer service, entertainment, music, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple requests and deadlines.
- Comfortable performing research and verifying information from multiple sources.
- Professional, service-oriented approach when working with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Interest in music licensing, rights management, copyright, entertainment business, or music administration.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in music licensing, music publishing, entertainment administration, royalties, copyright, or rights clearance.
- Familiarity with licensing workflows, contracts, client records, CRM systems, or database tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
