Job Summary

We are hiring for multiple Assembler openings with manufacturing teams in Camarillo, CA and nearby areas including Ventura, Oxnard, and Simi Valley. These opportunities are ideal for candidates with experience in mechanical assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, electronics assembly, cleanroom assembly, soldering, and production environments.

This is a strong opportunity for assemblers who enjoy detailed work, following blueprints and work instructions, using hand and power tools, and contributing to high-quality production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble products, subassemblies, and components according to blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Perform mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment.
- Complete soldering, repair, rework, disassembly, and rebuilding of assemblies and subassemblies as required.
- Conduct in-process inspections to verify quality, accuracy, and compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Support production schedules by maintaining workflow efficiency, requesting materials as needed, and meeting productivity expectations.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, quality standards, and team-based production processes.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and position.
- Skilled Assembler/Solderer roles in Camarillo are listed at $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Schedule for select openings: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Saturday schedule for select openings: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Overtime may be required Monday through Saturday.
- Consistent overtime opportunities are available.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Assemble electronic and mechanical products, subassemblies, and components with accuracy and consistency.
- Perform soldering, repair, rework, disassembly, and rebuilding of assemblies and subassemblies.
- Conduct in-process inspections to support quality and manufacturing compliance.
- Use blueprints, drawings, work instructions, hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment in daily production work.

- 3 to 5+ years of assembly and soldering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Active IPC/J-STD certification required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Experience working with small parts and performing detailed, precision assembly work.
- Strong soldering skills and familiarity with electronic and mechanical assembly processes.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to work required overtime Monday through Saturday.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to support a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience assisting with training new employees in assembly, soldering, or production processes.
- Prior experience performing rework and repair on electronic assemblies.
- Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
