We’re looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Designer to join a fast-paced Brand Studio and bring campaigns, sponsorships, and product stories to life through dynamic motion across digital, social, and video channels.

This is a hands-on role for a visual storyteller who can transform static designs into engaging, motion-led content. You’ll work across everything from product launches and brand campaigns to high-profile sports sponsorships, creating work that is both visually striking and performance-driven.

Partner with growth teams to create motion variants optimized for performance (CTR, CVR)
Adapt hero concepts into scalable templates and cut-downs across channels

Build & Evolve Motion Systems

Apply and extend brand design systems through motion (typography, transitions, pacing)
Help define motion principles and best practices
Prepare production-ready files for cross-functional and external use

Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with designers, copywriters, editors, producers, and marketers
Participate in creative reviews and iterate quickly based on feedback
Collaborate with external vendors when scaling production

Explore AI-powered tools for ideation, storyboarding, and content variations
Maintain organized workflows across asset management systems
