We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Loan Processor with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in managing loan files from application through funding, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth borrower experience.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify loan application documentation for accuracy and completeness
Process residential and/or commercial loan files from start to finish
Analyze credit reports, income, assets, and other financial documentation
Ensure all loan files meet company guidelines and regulatory requirements
Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to gather required documentation
Order and review appraisals, title reports, and other supporting documents
Maintain pipeline deadlines and ensure timely loan closings
Resolve file discrepancies and conditions in a timely manner
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of recent Loan Processing experience
Strong knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines, including FHA, VA, and conventional loans
Familiarity with compliance regulations such as TRID and RESPA
Proficiency in loan origination systems (e.g., Encompass, Calyx, or similar)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
