Compensation: $23.50/hour ($49,000 annually)
Job Type: Temporary (through end of year) with potential to become permanent
Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid (Monday & Friday remote after 1-month in-office training)
Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor to join our client’s team in Boynton Beach. This is a temporary position through the end of the year, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and fit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Homeowner’s Insurance (HOI)
• Request and follow up on verifications (employment, assets, and benefits)
• Order and review appraisals
• Review files and submit loans into closing based on completion checklist
• Order and review updated credit reports
Qualifications:
• Prior mortgage processing experience is required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently after training
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Additional Details:
• Hybrid work option (Monday and Friday remote) begins after 1 month of in-office training
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
• Credit report is pulled, but poor credit is not a deal breaker
