Mortgage Customer Experience Specialist-

• Model: 100% Remote from any location except NJ, NY, TX and CA. (equipment provided)
• Start Date: December 8, 2025
• Pay: $20/hour + $200/month shift differential (for candidates in EST time zone)
• Bilingual Differential: +$1.50/hour for fully bilingual candidates (language proficiency test required)
• Training: 7 weeks | 9am–6pm EST | mix of classroom training, live calls, and nesting period
• Schedule (after training): 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, 11am–8pm, or 12pm–9pm (rotating Saturdays 8am–3pm; flex day provided during the week)
• Contract: Contract-to-Hire with $1,000 bonus upon conversion
• Department: Existing Mortgage Customer Service

Overview:
This role focuses on assisting homeowners with a variety of mortgage-related requests, from maintenance updates and payment processing to education on their mortgage products. Occasionally, you’ll handle soft collections (within 30 days past due).

Responsibilities include:
• Handling inbound/outbound calls from customers in a fast-paced environment
• Providing exceptional service, explaining mortgage processes, and resolving issues
• Accurately documenting communications in system records
• Achieving key metrics such as QA score, schedule adherence, and handle time
• Following escalation procedures and collaborating with internal teams

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred
• Financial services experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Tech Requirements:
• Quiet, private workspace at home
• High-speed internet: minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload (verification screenshot requested but not required at submission)
