A growing residential and commercial construction support team is hiring a Cabinet Delivery Technician in Dallas, TX. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in careful material handling, and wants steady daytime hours in a team-oriented environment.

As a Cabinet Delivery Technician, you will help load, transport, unload, and place custom millwork products such as cabinets, doors, trim, countertops, and finished wood materials at active job sites. This role is a strong fit for candidates with experience in construction delivery, warehouse work, material handling, cabinetry, or installation support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the delivery driver with loading, securing, transporting, unloading, and placing custom millwork products.
- Handle cabinets, doors, trim, countertops, and other finished wood products carefully to prevent damage.
- Deliver materials to commercial construction sites and communicate professionally with contractors, customers, and coworkers.
- Inspect products before loading and report any damage, shortages, or order discrepancies.
- Follow company safety procedures, safe lifting practices, and job site requirements.
- Support warehouse duties when deliveries are complete.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Overtime and occasional weekends may be required as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Assist with delivery and placement of custom millwork products at commercial construction sites.
- Load, unload, secure, inspect, and protect finished wood products during transport.
- Support warehouse operations when deliveries are complete.
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, drivers, and internal team members.

- 1 to 2 years of related work experience preferred for this level of role.
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, walk, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use safe lifting practices.
- No CDL required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in construction delivery, millwork, cabinetry, warehouse, material handling, or installation support.
- Familiarity with commercial construction job sites.
- Experience handling finished wood products or damage-sensitive materials.
- Strong attention to detail when inspecting products, matching orders, and identifying discrepancies.
