Part-Time Sales Rep / Merchandiser – Kodiak, Alaska
$20–$22/hr | Part-Time | Field-Based
Looking for a flexible, hands-on role with a great team and the opportunity to get your foot in the door with a sales organization? We’re seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Sales Rep / Merchandiser to support retail accounts in the Kodiak area.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently in the field, and taking pride in making stores look their best. If you’re organized, dependable, and like variety in your day, this could be a great fit.
Schedule

3–4 days per week
Tuesday through Friday (with a potential Thursday off)
Some evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required based on business needs

What You’ll Do

Stock shelves and ensure products are fully in-stock and properly displayed
Build, reset, and maintain floor displays and coolers
Place and maintain pricing and promotional signage
Perform routine cleaning of beer draft lines and light maintenance as scheduled
Move product using hand trucks and pallet jacks
Load and manage point-of-sale materials for daily routes
Maintain clean, organized, and accurate administrative paperwork
Submit daily activity and merchandising reports
Communicate market conditions, competitor activity, and store feedback
Occasionally write sales orders and assist with coverage when needed
Travel between assigned accounts within the territory

What We’re Looking For

Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-friendly attitude
Comfort with physical work, including lifting cases and standing for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Preferred (Not Required)

Prior merchandising or retail experience
Familiarity with retail store environments
Interest in sales or a desire to grow into a sales role over time

Pay & Perks

$20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
