?? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Remote on Friday's)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandise Marketing Integration Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of marketing and merchandising initiatives across multiple partners and channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring that merchandise samples, marketing materials, and product launches are organized, on time, and aligned with brand strategy.

What You’ll Do:
1.Sample & Marketing Coordination
-Manage and track merchandise samples for partners including Public Relations, Site Marketing, Synergy, and others.
-Coordinate product deliveries for photo shoots, media events, influencer campaigns, and social content.
-Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sample tracker to ensure product priorities are met.
Assist with room setup and logistics for product showcases and marketing presentations.
2.Marketing Support & Communication
-Compile and distribute weekly social media recaps.
-Help identify and communicate Owned & Operated (O&O) merchandise priorities and key marketing opportunities.
-Maintain a digital library of marketing integration photos and assets.
-Support the clearance process for cross-category program names used in marketing.
3.Partnership & Collaboration
-Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams such as PR, Site Marketing, CPGP, and ShopDisney.
-Help facilitate bi-weekly merchandise marketing communication meetings to ensure alignment on messaging and priorities.
-Partner with merchandising teams to elevate key seasonal products and drive sales during peak periods.
4.Project & Administrative Support
-Assist in preparing presentation decks, briefs, and recap reports for key meetings.
-Support ongoing merchandising and marketing projects as needed.
-Stay informed about the competitive landscape and help identify opportunities to strengthen product positioning.
What We’re Looking For:
-2+ years of experience in merchandising, product development, retail, or visual merchandising (required).
-Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization.
-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a sharp attention to detail.
-A “can-do” attitude with the ability to stay flexible and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
-Passion for retail, marketing, and product development.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines confidently.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SAP is a plus.
