Merchandise Clerical
Work Schedule (Hybrid/Remote/In-Office): Hybrid, Tuesday – Thursday, Monday and Friday are work from home

Targeted Start Date: ASAP
Duration of Assignment: 12 weeks from start date


Job Description:
Duties:
• Update weekly/daily reports and provides analysis and insights as needed
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Planning, Buying, Allocation) to develop new reporting and dashboards
• Prepare communication to the business relative to sales, inventory, and gross margin analysis primarily through Excel and BI system
• Facilitate omni channel promotions calendar and process by fielding requests from multiple teams and ensuring timely responses
• Update global lists on markdowns, mark-ups, return to vendor and auto markdowns
• Manage special requests and item revisions through internal data systems
• File purchase orders, creates and distributes memos to store and HQ staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Strong technical aptitude including the ability to quickly master new applications and systems
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (sumifs, pivot tables, if statements)
• Able to effectively multi-task and prioritize
• Illustrate a dedication to meeting requirements of internal and external customers, responding to all customer requests promptly and thoroughly
• Strong communication skills including ability to work in a team environment, give honest, direct feedback and is a solid verbal and written communicator
