Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls for emergency roadside assistance and membership support
Guide members through travel services, trip planning, accommodations, and general inquiries
Explain membership benefits, features, and perks clearly and confidently
Communicate with empathy and clarity, especially during urgent situations
Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless service and drive improvements
Qualifications
Proven customer service experience with excellent communication and multitasking
Composed, confident demeanor during high-pressure calls
Problem-solving approach with a positive, service-first mindset
Basic geography knowledge and comfort with mapping/routing tools
Tech-savvy with experience using customer support software
Schedule
Days: Monday – Friday
Shifts: Day shift (9 AM – 5 PM)
