A respected Credit Union in Lewisville is looking for a friendly, motivated Member Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help members with their financial needs, recommend helpful products and services, and deliver an outstanding service experience.

The pay rate is 15 per hour plus UNCAPPED COMISSIONS.

What You'll Do
• Assist members by phone and in person with accounts and financial services
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Open new accounts and assist with loan applications
• Build strong, lasting relationships with members
• Meet service and performance goals while providing excellent support

What We're Looking For
• 3+ years experience in a financial services call center
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience recommending or cross-selling financial products
• Ability to work onsite in Lewisville, TX (5 days per week)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based systems
