We are hiring for a Member Services Representative to join a great team for a national organization that provides 24/7 roadside assistance for its customers. In this role, you'll be the reassuring voice on the other end of the line for a customer and providing top-tier assistance for roadside emergencies and travel-related needs. Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming calls from members in need of emergency roadside assistance or membership support.
-Assist members with travel-related services & products—trip routing, accommodation support, or general inquiries.
-Educate members on their plan features, perks, and how to make the most of their membership.
-Communicate clearly and compassionately, especially during high-stress situations.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
-Customer service and stellar communication and multitasking skills
-Calm, confident communication—even in high-pressure situations
-Problem-solving mindset with a helpful, can-do attitude
-Basic geographic knowledge and comfort navigating mapping tools
-Tech-savvy with comfort using support software and systems
