Member Services Representative (Part-Time Temporary)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch included)
Location: Orlando

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Member Services Representative to support a busy call center environment on a temporary part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience handling high-volume customer interactions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with online databases, Excel, and multi-line phone systems while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and provide timely, professional customer support
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Maintain accurate customer and membership records
Assist customers with account questions, payments, forms, and general service requests
Navigate online databases and Excel efficiently
Direct calls and inquiries to appropriate departments when necessary
Process forms, payments, and service requests accurately
Support retail/store-related duties as needed, including inventory and payment handling
Maintain professionalism and composure while managing high call volumes
Participate in training sessions, meetings, and cross-functional support activities
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer experience
Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel and online systems
Ability to type at least 40 WPM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Professional and courteous phone etiquette
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bilingual skills are a plus
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and procedures
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
