Are you passionate about helping others and creating exceptional member experiences? We’re seeking an entry-level Member Services Representative to join our team and deliver friendly, efficient, and personalized service to our valued members.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist members with account services including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
Open and maintain accounts; assist with debit cards, wires, and online banking
Identify member needs and recommend products and services to improve their financial well-being
Resolve basic account issues and escalate more complex concerns appropriately
Handle cash securely and accurately, and perform teller duties
Help create an easy, reliable, and personalized member experience that builds loyalty
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a financial setting
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn internal systems
