Now hiring for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Member Services Coordinator opening in Orlando, FL!
The Member Services teammate is responsible for providing exemplary customer service to our member client group. They will assist members over the telephone, via email, and chat, addressing membership inquiries, key/lockbox processes, and member-specific questions. The Member Services teammate will direct calls to other departments as necessary, assist with store product purchases, and ensure compliance with the association's policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working within a clerical or customer service setting (in person)
Bilingual, Spanish
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work aside other team members on projects and other tasks
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Job Functions:
Ability to maintain accurate member records
Assist with education class registrations
Assist with answering phone calls, chats and emails to ensure excellent customer service is being met
Accept member payments and ensure payment information reaches appropriate departments for timely processing
Serve as a point of contact for individuals or members seeking information, assistance, training on products, purchases and technical support

Temporary to Permanent role
100% onsite in Orlando, FL 32810
Pay: $18-21/hour based on experience
M-F Schedule, 8am to 5pm
