Medicare Insurance Agent
We are seeking an experienced Medicare Insurance Agent to work with qualified leads generated through ongoing marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating clients, and helping individuals navigate Medicare coverage options with confidence and care.
Responsibilities:
Convert inbound Medicare leads and work with prospective clients
Educate clients on Medicare plans, including supplemental, prescription drug, vision, and dental options
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Communicate clearly and professionally by phone and in person
Participate in Medicare workshops and marketing-supported events
Qualifications:
2+ years of Medicare insurance sales experience
Active Washington State Medicare license and required carrier appointments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance standards
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office technology
