Member Advocate – Seasonal
Openings: 2 Korean, 2 Mandarin, 1 Spanish
License: Active CA Life & Health Insurance License + AHIP certification required
Duration: 9/1/26–12/31/26 | Full-Time Seasonal
Location: Remote
Schedule: 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM initially; starting 10/15, shifts may fall between 8 AM–8 PM. Weekend flexibility required; OT may be needed during AEP.
Pay: Up to $26.90/hr + $100 per successful enrollment
Interviews: 3 steps — Video Interview, Computer Assessment, Language Assessment

Responsibilities:

Assist members with benefits, eligibility, claims, referrals, and plan options.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve/escalate member concerns.
Educate members, providers, and caregivers on benefits and services.
Document interactions accurately and follow CMS, HIPAA, and company requirements.

Requirements:

HS Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably healthcare/call center.
Bilingual Korean, Mandarin, or Spanish.
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office; typing 40+ WPM.
