Medicare Agent – Redmond, WA (100% Onsite)

We are looking for a licensed, relationship-driven Medicare Agent to join a highly collaborative team in Redmond. This 100% onsite role is ideal for someone who brings energy, accuracy, and strong communication skills to every client interaction. You will receive warm leads from ongoing marketing efforts, and agents are welcome to bring their own book of business.

What You Will Do:
Work with prospective clients and convert warm leads provided by the team
Promote and sell Medicare products and services to new and existing clients
Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships
Evaluate healthcare plans to help clients determine the most suitable coverage
Provide guidance on supplemental insurance, prescription drug plans, vision, and dental options
Communicate clearly over the phone and in person to answer questions and support clients
Highlight product features and explain how they meet client needs
Participate in Medicare workshops and collaborate closely with the marketing team
What You Bring:
2 or more years of Medicare insurance experience
Active WA State Medicare license and carrier appointments
Strong knowledge of Medicare products, regulations, and enrollment guidelines
Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence
Ability to prioritize tasks and stay focused in a dynamic environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Slack, or Google Workspace is a plus
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations
Ethical, client-focused approach with a commitment to confidentiality
Reliable, organized, and consistent in follow-through
