Pay: $14–$16 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Dress Code: Scrubs

About the Role
We are a small, growing medical office seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator to manage a busy front desk and scheduling function. This position requires handling a large volume of calls, strong multitasking skills, and a commitment to providing excellent patient service. Ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of their role.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments accurately
Greet and check in patients; collect and verify information
Process intake paperwork and verify insurance coverage
Take messages and communicate clearly with patients and staff
Check patient vitals and update records accurately
Maintain a professional, organized front office environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior medical front office and scheduling experience required
Reliability and accountability—you follow through and take ownership
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Basic computer skills for scheduling and data entry
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
