Great opportunity to work in a legal office and combine your medical records knowledge.

Applicant will compile, process, and maintain medical records of hospital and clinic patients consistent with the health care system's medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements. In addition, process, maintain, compile, and report patient information for health requirements and standards in a manner consistent with the healthcare industry's numerical coding system.

Responsibilities:
Request, organize and compose electronic files for medical records for legal documents and & representation. Must be EXTREMELY organized, loves to Organize and familiar with computer organizing. Familiar with PDF/BlueBeam.

2 years with medical records background.
