AppleOne has partnered with a medical office that is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English), detail-oriented, and customer-focused Medical Office Scheduler/Receptionist to join our team. In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering a positive experience—from scheduling through post-procedure follow-up. If you’re highly organized, fluent in both Spanish and English, and have healthcare experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and schedule patients for various medical services
Collect and input patient demographic and insurance information
Schedule procedures with the appropriate facilities and confirm with patients
Clearly explain procedures and what patients can expect during their visit
Secure insurance preauthorizations when necessary and verify billing details are accurate and current
Follow up with patients post-procedure to ensure timely delivery of radiology reports to referring physicians
Perform general reception duties such as greeting visitors, handling mail and packages, and coordinating with vendors
Assist with general office tasks including filing, marketing, and sales support as assigned

Requirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Comfortable using scheduling and EMR systems (training provided if needed)
Must be flexible with work hours — shifts may vary from day to evening based on patient scheduling needs (e.g., 9am–6pm or 1pm–10pm)
