Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide professional front office support.

- Assist with medical billing, claims follow-up, payment posting, or account support depending on role assignment.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, referrals, and related administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized medical records, office files, and confidential patient information.
- Support daily office operations by communicating effectively with patients, providers, and healthcare staff.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $27,000 to $37,000 per year.
- Hourly equivalent noted: $13 to $17 per hour, depending on experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support efficient daily workflow in a busy healthcare office setting.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience preferred.
- Experience in medical billing, patient scheduling, front office coordination, or healthcare administration is highly valued.
- Strong customer service skills with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Administrative experience with accurate data entry, filing, phone support, and documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and time management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience using medical office software, scheduling systems, billing platforms, or electronic health record systems.
