What We’re Looking For:
MUST HAVE minimum 1 year of recent medical insurance collections experience
Strong understanding of medical billing and insurance processes
Bilingual Spanish preferred
What You’ll Do:
Follow up on outstanding insurance claims to ensure timely payment
Resolve denials and billing discrepancies efficiently
Communicate with insurance providers to move claims forward
Review patient accounts for accuracy and completeness
Maintain detailed documentation of all collection activity
