Front Desk Patient Experience Supervisor
Are you passionate about providing exceptional patient experiences and leading a dynamic team in a healthcare setting? Our client is in search of dynamic Supervisor for the Patient Experience team as a Front Desk Patient Experience Supervisor, where you'll manage clinic flow, provider schedules, and ensure a positive atmosphere for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Patient Experience team, driving culture and communication.
- Manage patient flow, scheduling, and clinic communication.
- Perform patient check-in and check-out, verifying information and processing payments.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality.
- Verify insurance details and assist with inquiries.
- Prepare and manage patient forms and paperwork.
- Collaborate with Medical Assistants and ancillary teams.
- Process payments and set up payment plans.
- Ensure the front desk and waiting areas are clean and organized.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with varying shifts to cover operational hours.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous healthcare experience or college education with customer service experience.
- Proficiency with EMR, Microsoft Office Suite, and general office equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance preferred.
